WHY DO I NEED THIS? -REASONS & CHOICES

Do you know that it is best for your system not to skip breakfast? Why? If you find the reason would you follow that pattern? For the mean time keep the answer to yourself, OK. 
Take a deep breath, why did you do that? Because I asked you so! By the way, why did you get interested in this article? Is it because you want to improve your English Language or heard your teacher once said ‘Africans don’t read’ and so you want to break that pattern. Maybe, you want to learn something new, I hope so. Well, it might be your curiosity to read what this piece contains. Whichever category you fall, I hope you’ve reasoned before making the choice. So you should reason before you take any action or adapt your system/body to any change in habit. 
Let's take reading for example. Start with why, either to learn something new or imbibe a belief. Ask yourself, why do I need it? Is it for education or towards a successful living, then you should do it with focus. Read focused books and be really aware of what type of learner are you? Knowing what you read/learn will allow you to learn faster, smarter and better. Reading is one of the surest ways of investing in yourself. If successful men loved to read, you should also care to know the content they read, the time invested. Successful men started their journey because they wanted to be successful, make an impart and get something. So to be one them, allow their lives to impact you.You cannot plant okra and expect to reap tomatoes so read books that will keep you enlightened and enlivened. Mind you the human body adores pleasure so it's a great sacrifice to read than listen to 'good music'. A lot of entertainment pollutes us thus know when to limit your entertainment. The best way to learn, is reading and some people aren't too excited by the prospect of reading a book.

It's not just about reading any books. Again  choose education over entertainment. Any book might be entertaining, but books about self-improvement/development, education and success, are the ones you really want.

Along the way to building your success story, you were admonished to always ‘wake up early’ because successful people rise early from bed. For instance; apple CEO Jim Cook wakes up at 3:45AM every morning, do you to know that Dwayne ‘the ROCK’ Johnson is already in the gym by 4:00AM and LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner gets up at 5:30AM. You’ve heard these amazing stories with the energy or desire so strong within you, you immediately add this schedule to your routine, why, without considering your reasons. Why? Did they need enough time and energy to finish the previous day’s work or start the day’s work from home? It is good you want to wake up early from bed, but why?  To watch T.V as a student? Is it because of your kids, projects or to plan the day ahead or for your dreams and success? Is it the early rising from bed that made them successful, no but it contributed greatly to it.  Why did they add that schedule to their routine? I’m not here to speak on their behalf but to tell/lead you through some reasons why they always wake up early. It might be that, the 8-hour-work a day is not enough for them or in an attempt to do better or beat than their competitors’ and as well overcome their challenges, they reasoned within themselves, individually, and then made the choice to work over time. Maybe some chose 10 or 11 hours a day. Some chose 12 or 14 or even 18 hours as Dr. David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide aka Winners’ Chapel and Thomas Edison. In each case, while one was deprived of a few hours of sleep and rest, another enjoys a good night sleep and rest. Simply most of them listened to their bodies or instincts, with reasons known best to them so chose to go by this or that routine.  A student as well can imbibe such habit towards an exam.

When the best reasons of engagement are known you will make the best out of it. So in everything you do, why (reasons) should motivate you. Don’t involve yourself because successful people do it. Adapt your body to the prevailing conditions then you can track your performances. Despite the fact that the above successful men always wake up very early, check this out. Oprah Winfrey wakes up at 6:00AM, Warren Buffet wakes up at 6:45AM and Jeff Bezos likes 8 hours of sleep.

It’s phenomenal these days to follow trends ignoring the 'START WITH WHY' It might have been the youthful exuberance nature of the populace. Should you have important issues in mind to work on, I hope you will gear your momentum towards it. The man with whose knowledge it possible for you and I to have this interaction, Mark E. Zukerberg is noted for wearing the same t-shirt, have you noticed that? As young and rich as he is, why did he choose to live ordinarily and simply?

Life is about choices. We make choices every day, from clothes selection to breakfast and those we associate with. There are choices we do that naturally seemed to agree with nature and so it needs not to be pointed out. But for some unique or peculiar choices without the best reasons of engagement, friend you’re abusing the strategy.
So regardless of what we do in our lives, the reason behind those actions never changes. Don't just follow the masses but reason before you actions.
